I saw this question asked somewhere else and I wondered what the responses would be if asked on The BBQ Forum. I modified the question to exclude barbecue sauce since we have been over that, lots of times.

To get things started here is one on my favorites. Bull Dog sauce was made to used on Tonkatsu which is breaded, deep fried pork cutlet. Bull Dog sauce goes great on a lot of things but it really stands out on pork. What's your favorites?
